CRM export

Exports that import clean. The first time.

Once you’ve picked the right people, export them the way your CRM wants them. Look at the actual header row and first rows, then download that exact file. Your record IDs and columns come back, and every address is labeled so nothing lands in the wrong field.

What each address column means

The export explains its own address columns, so nobody imports a property address into a mailing field. These notes come with every preview.

  • AddressSearched property from your list. Never used as a home or mailing address.
  • Mailing AddressOwner mailing address exactly as written in your list.
  • Contact Person AddressFirst address in the chosen person's result history, with the dates supplied.

Formats

Pick the format your CRM likes.

Contacts CSV

One row per person you picked, with phones, emails and address, plus your record ID so your CRM can tie each contact back to its property.

Your spreadsheet, plus contacts

Every row and column of your original file, in order, with our columns after yours. Rows we didn’t search say why.

Saved CRM template

Name each column the way your CRM expects and put them in its order. Templates are versioned, and every export notes which version it used.

Already have numbers?

Traced it somewhere else? Clean it up for your CRM.

Bring a list that already has phones or emails, with or without addresses. We rebuild them as Phone Number 1, DNC 1, Phone Number 2, DNC 2 and so on, leave every other row and column alone, and don’t search anything. People you trace with us come out in the same two files.

A cleaned sample list before its Do Not Call check.
  • DNC flags

Every number keeps its own flag

A DNC flag from your file stays with its number through sorting and filtering. A number your file flagged never shows as clear.

  • Phone layouts

    Phone plus Additional Phones

For CRMs that take one Phone and a list of Additional Phones: up to ten extra numbers, numbered DNC fields, and no DND or Tags column. Test-import into your own account before you rely on it.

  • DNC check

    Included, and honest about gaps

We look up each US number once. Listed numbers say Yes. If the registry couldn’t answer, it says Not checked, and that’s never treated as clear.

The preview

What you see is what you download.

  • The real header and first rowsNot a summary of the file. The actual cells.
  • Counts you can checkRows, columns, contacts, encoding, and how many rows still carry your record ID.
  • The same file at downloadEvery preview has a fingerprint. If anything changed since, the download stops and asks you to look again.
  • A straight answer when there’s nothing to exportLike: no contacts are ready yet, so pick a person on at least one address first.

Clean imports

Rules every file follows.

  • One phone formatUS numbers as +1 numbers, each with its type and line status. Disconnected numbers are left out unless you keep them.
  • No surprise formulasAnything starting with =, +, - or @ gets a leading apostrophe so your spreadsheet treats it as text. Plain numbers and the phones in our phone columns are left alone.
  • Unchecked matches stay outOnly people you picked get exported, unless you choose to include name matches you haven’t checked.
  • Opens cleanly in ExcelUTF-8 with a byte order mark, so names with accents come through fine.

Your list has owners in it. Go reach them.

Upload your list, see the max cost up front, and export only the people you pick.
