Bulk skip tracing

Skip trace the whole list. Know the cost before you start.

Drop in your owner list. We line up your columns, merge duplicate properties, flag the rows that can’t be searched and show you the most the run can cost. Nothing happens until you hit start.

CSV or .xlsx, up to 20 MB, 25,000 rows and 200 columns.

Suggestions come from your column names and values. Nothing runs until you start it.

Duplicates merged, bad addresses flagged, recent results reused, and the max cost.

Close the tab if you like. It keeps its place and charges each hit once.

Every row of your list has a status and a reason.

CSV and .xlsx files work. Old .xls files, Numbers files and password-protected workbooks don’t.

Before you pay

Every row gets sorted first. Junk rows never cost you a cent.

We read the whole file and drop each row into one of these buckets. Only the rows we can actually search count toward your cost.

  • Searched

    A real address

A street address plus a ZIP code, or a city and state. These are the rows we search.

  • Duplicate

    Same house, typed twice

Like “101 Example Ave” and “101 Example Avenue”. We search it once and both rows get the result.

  • Reused

Searched in the last 30 days

You already traced this property recently, so you get that result again for free.

  • Bad address

    Not enough to search

No street number, or no ZIP and no city and state. Fix the row and run it again.

  • LLC or trust

    A company owns it

Hold it for company review, or search the address anyway. That finds people tied to the address, not the company’s managers.

  • Do not trace

    On your do-not-trace list

Someone asked not to be traced, so the row is never searched.

Column matching

Messy spreadsheet? We’ll sort out the columns.

We work out what each column is from its name and what’s in it, and we tell you when we’re not sure.

  • We ask instead of guessingA column called “Address” could be the property or the owner’s mailing address. You pick, so nothing gets mailed to the wrong place.
  • Your record ID comes backChoose the column your CRM uses to identify each lead. It’s in every export.
  • Broken files get caught earlyRepeated column names, values with no header and damaged workbooks are flagged before anything is saved.

The search

Hit start and walk away. Each hit is charged once.

Big lists run in the background. Close the tab, come back later, and pause or cancel whenever you want.

  • No double chargesIf a search times out and retries, you’re still charged once. Every search carries the same key on every try.
  • A spending cap you setGive your workspace a monthly limit. A list that could go over it won’t start, and you see the max cost right next to what’s left.
  • Pauses instead of failingIf our data provider goes down, the list pauses and picks up where it left off. Nothing gets lost.

Review

You choose who gets exported. Not an algorithm.

One address can turn up several people. We flag the likely owner by name, but it’s your call.

Your picks

The person you chose for an address. These are the ones that go out as contacts.

Name matches you haven’t checked

Our best guess. Left out of exports unless you tell us to include them.

Relatives and associates

Shown so you can judge the result. Never exported as contacts.

Fine print

What bulk tracing won’t do.

  • DNC is flagged, not decided for youWe check every US number against the Do Not Call Registry and mark it. Listed numbers are flagged, not deleted, unless you choose to leave them out. A clean result isn’t consent, so check your calling and texting rules before you reach out.
  • Not for screening peopleDon’t use results to decide anyone’s credit, insurance, employment or housing.

Your list has owners in it. Go reach them.

Upload your list, see the max cost up front, and export only the people you pick.
