What the product does
You bring a property list. Locate Next flags the person whose name matches the owner on your list and shows everyone else at the address with how they are connected. Only the people you pick get exported. Contact data comes from a people-search provider. Company records come from official state registries. Locate has direct search paths for fifteen states and DC when those sources are available. Other states open their official search. If a source cannot answer, the result says so.
For an LLC, you see the company's records and confirm the company before anyone named in the filing is searched. State filings list the people a company named. They do not prove who owns or controls the company. A registered agent is not, by that role, an owner. The registered agent guide explains the difference.
What it does not do
- It does not file surplus claims, hold funds, or decide who is owed money. If a data provider reports someone as deceased, the result says so. Locate Next does not research heirs.
- It does not turn a mailing address that differs from the property into proof of where someone lives. That comparison is a research test, described on the absentee owner checker.
- It does not publish a legal name, a street address, or a founder biography on this page. Those facts are not stated here because they are not stated on the public product pages.
Where to read the detail
The home page is the product overview. Security and data sources describes workspaces and where data comes from. Skip tracing is the method. LLC owner lookup is the company path, including the states Locate does not search for you yet.
Contact
The public contact path is request access. This page does not list a phone number or a mailing address.
