1. Where the sentences came from
REISkip’s lines are from its pricing page and its home page, both opened on October 22, 2026. Silence is marked in the table. The question list is the comparison framework.
2. The prices, in their words
| Item | REISkip, read October 22, 2026 | Locate Next pricing page, read October 22, 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Bulk | “$0.15 /match.” “Introductory pricing. Minimum 50 matches.” | “$0.17 per qualifying search.” |
| Volume | “$0.15 /match.” “Introductory pricing. Minimum 1,001 matches.” | The pricing page does not state a minimum number of searches. |
| Home page price line | “Unlike our competitors, you won’t ever pay for duplicate leads and for a limited time, we’re offering flat pricing at just $0.15 per skip.” | “A search costs $0.17 when exactly one person it returns has the same name as an owner on your list and that person has a valid phone or email.” |
| Duplicates and repeats | The home page sentence above is the duplicate statement found on the pages checked. The pricing page does not add a second definition. | “Rows that share one search are charged once if any owner on them qualifies, not once per row.” Not charged: “results reused from the last 30 days.” |
| What a charge requires | The pricing page charges per match. It does not define a match beyond that word on the page checked. | “Everyone else at the address is free to review.” When no person is named as the owner, the pricing page counts any person with a valid phone or email, labelled as address contacts, not owners. |
| Do Not Call | Not addressed on the home page or the pricing page checked. | Security page: “US-number checks in Export are planned for launch, subject to provider access. Unanswered numbers stay Not checked.” |
| Company filings | Not addressed on the two pages checked. | LLC page: “Not a beneficial ownership report.” State filings list the people a company named. |
3. Same dollar sign, different unit
Put the two published figures next to each other and stop there. REISkip lists $0.15 per match, marked introductory, with the minimums above. Locate Next lists $0.17 per qualifying search. A match on REISkip’s pricing page is not defined further on that page. A qualifying search on Locate Next’s pricing page is defined there: exactly one returned person has an owner’s name from your list and a valid phone or email, with the company-address rule written on the same page. Ask REISkip what it counts as a match before you treat the two totals as the same kind of bill. This page does not say one total will be smaller.
The home page’s limited-time line is a second REISkip statement of $0.15, this time “per skip,” in the same sentence as the duplicate-leads clause. The pricing page’s “per match” cards are the other statement. Both were on the site the day this page was written. Check both URLs again if you are pricing a list, because the home page says the flat price is for a limited time and the pricing page marks the rate introductory.
4. Review, which the price line does not settle
The posted rate does not tell you which person was tied to the owner. Locate Next’s bulk skip tracing page describes the review: the person whose name matches the owner is flagged, and other people at the address stay visible. Company rows go through LLC owner lookup. REISkip’s two pages checked do not describe a state-filing step. Use the cost calculator to model a list under a per-result price. The calculator does not know REISkip’s minimums, so apply those minimums yourself from REISkip’s pricing page.
5. Run one confirmed sample both ways
Use at least the 50-match Bulk minimum of owners you have already confirmed from county records. Trace that sample with REISkip and the same rows with Locate Next. Count what each side charged against what it returned, including rows where a relative at the address is not the owner on the deed. The match rule is the part a headline price leaves out. What a skip trace match proves is the checklist for that comparison.
Common questions
What does REISkip’s pricing page list?
$0.15 per match, marked introductory. Bulk says the minimum is 50 matches. Volume says the minimum is 1,001 matches. Read October 22, 2026.
What does REISkip say about duplicate leads?
Its home page says you won’t ever pay for duplicate leads, in a sentence that also offers flat pricing at $0.15 per skip for a limited time. Read October 22, 2026.
What does Locate Next charge for a qualifying search?
The pricing page says $0.17 when exactly one person returned has an owner’s name from your list and a valid phone or email. The rest of the rule is on that page.
Is the $0.15 rate described as current forever?
No. The pricing page marks it introductory, and the home page says the flat $0.15 per skip is for a limited time. Open both pages for the rate in effect when you buy.
How should the two bills be compared?
Run the same confirmed owners through both, check who each one matched, and compare the charge with the rule each company states. Do not treat “per match” and “per qualifying search” as the same unit until you have the definitions.
