3. A data platform and a list tool

DealMachine’s pricing page describes nationwide property and owner data, saved searches, driving for dollars, pay-as-you-go postcards, and the plan line quoted above. Locate Next’s pages describe an uploaded list, a review of name matches, company filings, and a CRM file. The workflow pages are bulk skip tracing, LLC owner lookup and CRM export. Filing contacts are people the company named. They are not proof of who owns the company.

DealMachine’s plan cards include the developer line quoted in the table. This comparison does not add a Locate Next claim on that topic. Use DealMachine’s pricing page for what it offers, and Locate Next’s pricing page for the $0.17 rule.

4. Credits inside a plan

DealMachine’s pricing page talks about data credits and a Scale package of 100K records. It does not, on the page checked, say how many of those credits a skip trace uses or what one skip trace costs. Before a test, ask DealMachine how a skip trace draws on the plan. Locate Next’s rule is published: a qualifying search is $0.17, shared rows are charged once, and searches with no result, failed searches, and results reused from the last 30 days are not charged.

5. Try both on confirmed owners

Trace a set of owners you have already confirmed in county records. Import each export and check that your record IDs survived. The CRM CSV checker flags import problems in the browser before you load a file. Then compare who was matched, not only how many numbers came back. What a skip trace match proves is the check.
